DUE at the start of class: 2 printed copies of draft 3

The Maze Game

Final Critiques:
1) Whole class critique:
·         In the first paragraph highlight The TEA – then underline the thesis, putting a 1 by your first argument, a 2 by your second argument, and a 3 by your third argument.
·         Now Paragraph 1: highlight your topic sentence. ( does it connect back to the thesis?)
·         Now highlight your evidence, does it connect back to your topic sentences?
·         Now highlight the analysis: does it explain the evidence, clarify your argument (how you have been socialized), or explain the so what.
·         On to paragraph 2 and 3 (repeat protocol)
·         Your conclusion: does it address the essential question, does it connect back to your paper, so you state the question in some form?
·         DO you have a paragraph about your mask….

2) Peer Critique:
·         Reading for clarity: read your partners essay out load for them. Have them annotate their own essay for what they need to work on.

Project Work Time:
1. Revisions! Final revisions for your essay.
2. Mask work and refinement
3. REM

HOMEWORK:
Your project is DUE next Tuesday at the start of class. If you need to work on it this weekend that is for you to figure out.
