Starter #15:

How do you feel you did on the in-class essay? Why?

Now that you have done an in-class timed essay, what would you like to remind yourself of next year when you do one again?

MLA Lesson:

While I give the lecture, fill out the MLA reference sheet. (This will be your reference point for MLA work)

Country Perspective Paper:

1.       Today you will start the research for this paper. Expectations for research and paper and outline and benchmarks for the paper.( You will need both of these!)

Due dates: Research Monday before break         Paper: Wednesday end of class

2.       Example paper, annotated (This paper is in MLA format)

HOMEWORK:

At least three of your research sources and paragraphs complete
